I went in to see Dr. Jividen in feb/march of last year. He was great. I couldn't get the much needed work done because I couldn't afford it. I missed a call from them telling me that he had offered to cover my dental work but because I rarely check my voice mail I didn't hear it until about a month later. Maybe one day when I save up enough ill go back and get the work done.

The office schedulers said they called me multiple times in September to reschedule my long awaited and necessary appointment. My phone records show I called them on 29 September to confirm my appointment and ask if there was anything sooner to please let me know . My 15 October appointment has been canceled and now it appears he has nothing until December? I won’t even tell you the amount of money out of pocket we’ve spent coming here . My heart is broken because of this . I’m hoping to find someone that can help me since my implants failed . On the plus side , Dr J is excellent at his craft !

Dr. Mannava, who appears right out of college, is an associate who works there only one day a week. Due to this, It has been very hard asking her questions about my procedure. Even on Fridays when she is in, she has been inaccessible, unwilling to return calls to provide me with info on a procedure that affects me. Furthermore, based on other opinions I've gotten,, her judgement is questionable. Finally, the billing does not reflect what she told me verbally during an examination. It has all led to a lack of trust. I am discontiuing my treatment there & would definitely not recommend her.

I made an appointment in the office for 3/26/25. I Received 3 texts (one in February and two in March) from the office stating that my appointment was rescheduled to 3/19/25. I go to the appointment and was told my appointment is on 3/26/25. I showed the receptionist the text, she went into a rear office and spoke to someone. She returned and stated that someone tried to call me. I checked my phone right in front of her and there were no missed calls or voice mail. I told her that her statement was a falsehood. This blatant falsehood let me know that this practice does not respect my time, and they do not respect me as a patient. I calmly explained that I don't have time for blatant falsehoods and foolishness. I canceled my remaining appointments. I will be submitting a complaint to the V.A. I will admit that the whole situation could have been a administrative mistake. If they had admitted their mistake, I would have been annoyed but ok with it. I cannot/will not tolerate anyone who has the audacity to tell me what they know and I know is a falsehood. If you lie you will steal and can never be trusted.

Amazing experience! Not something one envisions with a dentist visit, they typically scare me. This beautiful experience was quite the opposite. From the moment I stepped into this beautiful, clean facility, I was greeted with a smile and made to feel comfortable and relaxed. They have such an incredible staff of knowledgeable and resourceful people, with an added bonus of being sweethearts and empathic. Dr. Manauva put me at ease, speaking to me with clear and digestible information, eliminating my self consciousness, and creating a plan that will allow me to smile every day. My life was changed today and I cannot wait for my next visit, a/k/a the next step for living my best life!

I have used this office over the last 3 years for dental implants in various areas of my mouth. From day1, I have always received a complete analysis and explanation of my dental options in a very compassionate and professional manner. I would not go anywhere else for implant/periodontal work. Dr. Jividen's reputation among my personal dentist and college dental faculty (I teach nutrition at Sinclair) all have exceptional praises for his work. I feel that my teeth have never looked and felt healthier.

I was taken here when I was in high school to have implants placed due to some congenital missing teeth. Dr. Jividen and his office staff were the first medical professionals to ever treat me like I had any degree of agency over my own body; all the others I saw at the time would only speak to me via my mother, even when I was well into my teens. It's been nearly twenty years since then and I've been coming back here to monitor a potential gum infection and they're still just as helpful as they were back then. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Went in for a quick appt to plan for my implant and tooth with my baby. The dr. And staff members were so nice. Dr. Did impromptu tooth pull to alleviate my pain and help me move forward with my care plan in the most efficient manner. He was very compassionate and thoroughly answered my questions. Would recommend 10/10!
